This year I’m supporting Dog Trust Ireland. They do amazing work taking care of dogs who need rescuing, rehabilitation, and rehoming and can use our support during the festive season.
I’m notorious for getting distracted by my phone, so I plan a day with my family where we all set aside our technology (phones, tablets, gaming consoles, etc) and spend the day with each other distraction free. We put on some Christmas music, play games, bake, do puzzles and crafts, all while being present with each other.
